Flat Ruthie was very busy today! She attended the Suwanee Day Parade.

She also celebrated NATIONAL GYMNASTICS DAY by helping GYMNASTIX TRAINING CENTER march in the parade and help break a WORLD RECORD for the most handstands done simutaneously. At precisely 1 p.m. ET, 20,478 participants (and one very flat observer) throughout the country kicked up into a handstand to break the existing record of 2,402, set by Australian gymnasts in Melbourne to promote the 2005 World Gymnastics Championships.
